Before you contact us
Most issues can be resolved quickly. Try the steps below first.
The game crashes on launch
Force-close the app and relaunch. If the issue persists, restart your device. The game requires iOS 17 or later on an iPhone 12 or newer. Older devices are not supported.
My save data is missing
Save data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced via iCloud. If you have recently restored your device or reinstalled the app, iCloud sync should restore your progress automatically once you are signed into iCloud. Allow up to a minute after launch for sync to complete.
To check iCloud sync status: Settings › Your Name › iCloud › confirm iCloud Drive is enabled.
I purchased something but did not receive it
Purchases are tied to your Apple ID. If you changed devices or reinstalled the app, tap Restore Purchases in the in-game store. Your purchase will be restored at no additional cost. If the issue persists after restoring, contact us below and include your Apple ID email address (not your password) so we can investigate.
Game Center is not connecting
Open Settings › Game Center and ensure you are signed in. Game Center authentication can take a few seconds on first launch. Leaderboards and achievements require an active Game Center account. If Game Center shows as unavailable, Apple’s servers may be experiencing issues — check Apple System Status.
Ads are still showing after I purchased Remove Ads
Open the in-game store and tap Restore Purchases. This re-validates your purchase and permanently removes ads. If ads persist after restoring, contact us below.
My controller is not working
Glyphs of the Unspoken supports MFi, Xbox, and PlayStation controllers connected via Bluetooth. Ensure your controller is paired in Settings › General › Game Controllers. If you are using an older MFi controller, ensure its firmware is up to date. You can remap controller buttons in the in-game Settings › Controls screen.
I found a bug or unexpected behaviour
Please contact us below with a description of what happened, what wave you were on, which Glyphs you had equipped, and your device model. Screenshots or screen recordings are very helpful.
Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s standard refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Data deletion
To delete all local game data: Settings › General › iPhone Storage › Glyphs of the Unspoken › Delete App. This removes all save data, settings, and cached content from your device.
To delete iCloud save data: Settings › Your Name › iCloud › Manage Account Storage › Glyphs of the Unspoken.
We do not store personal data on our servers. Anonymous analytics (described in our Privacy Policy) are stored in aggregate form only and cannot be attributed to you individually.
